
With over 18 years of IT experience, Trey began his career in the United States Army at USCENTCOM supporting US Forces operating in the Middle East. He has also held key network consulting and systems engineering positions at Eastman Kodak, GE, Cisco Systems and NetApp. Trey spent the later part of the 90s working for Cisco Systems as a Systems Engineer focused on Data Center Networking & IP Telephony Technologies. After leaving Cisco Trey worked as a consultant designing and deploying virtualized data centers for several organizations throughout North America.
Trey was recently a Consulting Systems Engineer at NetApp where he was the co-author of several best practices documents on Ethernet Storage and NetApp’s integration with VMware. Trey also wrote a popular technical blog for NetApp on its corporate site and within the NetApp communities which was regularly rated amount the top 10 most visited blogs at NetApp.
Trey is now a Solutions Architect at Cisco working to help customers design and implement technologies from Cisco’s Data Center portfolio and its large ecosystem of partners and integrators.
